Refund and Return Policy for E-Commerce Purchased Bronze Markers:
Cancellation Period / Timeframe
After Purchase Before Delivery - After you place an order online, a pending charge will appear on your credit card. This charge is not processed until you porivde written approval of the custom bronze marker drawing that we will e-mail to you in 2-3 business days. You may cancel your order at any time prior to approving your custom bronze marker drawing. We will delete the pending charge from your credit card if you decide to not approve the custom bronze marker drawing.
After Purchase and After Delivery - If your bronze marker arrives and it does not match the drawing you approved, we will remake and ship a new memorial to you at no cost or you can return the memorial to us and receive a full refund. Requests for a remake or refund on a bronze marker that is received that does not match the approved drawing is 14 days after delivery.
Method of Refund
If you receive a bronze makrer that does not match the drawing you approved and elect not to have us create a new one, we will refund your credit card that you used to purchase the memorial.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
Before a memorial is shipped, we will send you photos of the memorial. In the event that the bronze memorial is received damaged, we will enter a claim with either FedEx or UPS. In the event that the bronze memorial is defective, we will remake the memorial at no additional cost witin 14 days after delivery. If your bronze marker arrives and it does not match the drawing you approved, we will remake and ship a new memorial to you at no cost or you can return the memorial to us and receive a full refund.
How to request a return or a refund
Please e-mail a photo of the received memorial to info@romemonuments.com and we will forward the e-mail to our designer that created the memorial.
Shipping & Packing Costs
If you purchase a bronze memorial online, we will ship the memorial via FedEx (shipping is included in the stated price). If you select a bronze memorial that is attached to a granite base, the memorial will ship UPS LTL (shipping is included in the stated pricing as you will select with or without liftgate service. We ship only within the United States to the lower 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available but is not included in the stated prices (please e-mail info@romemonuments for shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii).
Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
If you need to send a memorial back to us that does not match your approved drawing, we will e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label for the return. You will not have to pay for additional shipping on the return or on the remake of the bronze marker.
Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period
If you notice that the bronze memorial that you received did not match the drawing you approved after the 14 day cancellation period, please e-mail info@romemonumnets.com a photo of the memorial and we will be glad to discuss a resolution.
