Next door to the monument production facility is our granite monument and quarried rock warehouse, one of the largest in America. Rome gets its beautiful, high quality granite from the most reputable quarries in the United States, Canada, and around the world.

Rome was founded by stone craftsman Michael Dioguardi, who emigrated from Rome, Italy to Rochester, Pennsylvania in 1930, bringing with him the skills and techniques he learned from Italy’s master sculptors. Now a 5th generation family owned business, Rome is one of America’s leading cemetery memorial companies. In addition to designing and building monuments, we ship them to cemeteries, homes, parks, and other locations throughout the United States. We can also install and assemble monuments on site, including large mausoleums.
