Once an order is placed, a pending charge will appear on your credit card. Within 3-5 business days, we will provide a drawing of the memorial for your review. We also recommend that you have the cemetery approve the drawing as well. We will be glad to make any changes that you desire. Once you are pleased with the drawing, you will need to e-mail us back stating that the drawing is approved. After receiving your approval e-mail, we will process the pending charge on your credit card and will release the memorial to production.
